Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas & Carriers

We offer shipping within South Africa only using trusted courier services, including DSV, The Courier Guy, and Skynet.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
Delivery Estimates:
- Major Cities: 1-3 business days
- Outlying Areas: 3-5 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are fixed at R140 for all gauteng areas and R260 for all other areas.
Free shipping may apply to orders above a specified amount (if applicable).

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply.
Ensure your delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A valid proof of purchase is provided.
Certain items (e.g., hygiene products, and personalized items) cannot be returned.

Return Process

Email us at admin@smartware.co.za with your order details and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
Ship the item back using a courier of your choice (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
